I have the pleasure of working at the Park Hyatt at the Bellevue quite often. The staff there is truly incredible and they're first class all the way, every time. Roe called me up a few days before the wedding and wanted to talk about the timeline. Her grandmother, to whom she was very close, was ill and hospitalized a few blocks away. She asked if I could take her there before seeing Joel for the first time on her wedding day. I was truly touched, and I hope I captured the spirit of the moment so Roe can remember it forever. Roe called me up just a few short weeks after the event. Her grandmother had passed away. The image below with Roe and her grandmother smelling a rose from her wedding day was printed for Roe, and was placed in her grandmom's casket. This truly reminds me why I do what I do. Here's a few images from their day.
Jamila and Adam had their event at Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia. CTO provided the entertainment. I think all brides should wear birdcage veils. They're incredibly elegant and I love how my brides look in the images. Jamila and Adam had a gorgeous day with wonderful light. Here's a few from their day.
New Hope PA is such a quaint town. Pay a visit when you can! Holly Hedge Estate has long been a venue I enjoy, and Krista and Richard had a beautiful day there. My buddy Matt Ostroff, from EBE, did his usual great job providing the entertainment. Here's a few from their day.
What a great venue and a nice change of scenery for me. Miriam and Garrett honored my by taking me out west to some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever set eyes upon. The drive from Denver to Beaver Creek alone was unreal. Here's a few from their day at the Bachelor Gulch Ritz Carlton.
Just thought I'd mention that I had a cancellation for 10-10-09. It's always difficult when this takes place. I really like this bride, but perhaps I'll have the opportunity to work with her in the near future. I'd obviously accept other commissions for this date. Please call the studio if interested.
