One of my favorite venues is Cairnwood Estate in Bryn Athyn PA. Jayme and Dave had a beautiful day in December and were awesome to work with. It was also terrific to work with my good friends at Robert Fair Catering, one of the preferred caterers at Cairnwood. Here's a few from the day.
Erin and Michael's wedding was a challenge from a photographic standpoint. Due to the time of the wedding, we had no time whatsoever to shoot outside and use any cool light that I ordinarily use. I was truly thrilled with what we were able to do in only a 15-20 minute session after the ceremony. These lighting condidtions truly put my NikonD3 and my Nikkor glass to the ultimate tests, and my good friend Susan Stripling came along to shoot her new D3 so that she could make some pics for Nikon. We had a great couple and a great venue, Glen Foerd Mansion, to make some pics. I hope you enjoy them. Special thanks to Gina Sole, The Wedding Planner, for the pleasure of working with her once again.
For those photographers out there, keep in mind that NONE of these images were taken with an ISO lower than 1600! The D3's performance continues to allow me to make images that I simply couldn't make before.

Well, for those who read my blog regularly, I want to apologize for my lack of posting lately. Between my workshops, Imaging USA, and post production from an incredibly busy December, I've fallen behind my blogging. I'm going to try and keep up from now on. Melissa and Joshua were married at the Penns Landing Hyatt along the Delaware River in Philly. It was a killer wedding with some of my closest friends in the industry working with me.

Elizabeth and Kayhan had a gorgeous ceremony in the courtyard of Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. We began the day with the couple seeing each other at the Rodin Museum .

Ryan and Margaret were married at the beautiful Penryn Mansion on an absolutely blazing hot August afternoon along the Delaware River. Here's a few from their day. There were really some great moments throughout the day.
Ashley and Richard were married at The Ritz Carlton Philadelphia. We began the day with some portraits as we bopped around the city looking for cool light and interesting places. Then back to the Ritz for their ceremony and reception. Late in the evening, we found our way out on to Broad Street for some images at night at Ashley's suggestion. These people were a blast!
July 13th, 2007. Julie began her day at home in Broomall. We made our way to the city for the ceremony at the magnificent Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and Paul, and for the reception held at The Crystal Tea Room. We really had a blast shooting around town!
